There are two routes of training and certification for chainsaw use available. Firstly course for occasional users, secondly professional users.

Anyone working in or on trees is expected to hold a recognised certificate of competence.

Medium tree felling: Ring for details.

Occasional user - chainsaw maintenace and small tree felling (up to 8 inch) Including assessment -

N.B course dates my be changed or cancelled if minimum numbers of persons are not met. There may be an additional fee for assessment sites.
